Exemplary Saint
Exemplary saint is the Reunified Catholic Church’s term for what used to be called simply a “saint”. The point is that all Christians are “saints”, but some are “exemplary saints” who should be imitated by others. The qualifications for canonisation have been changed to “living a life which is strongly exemplary to other Christians” and beatitude has been abandoned.
This creates the interesting situation that people like John Wesley, and indeed Martin Luther, are now regarded as exemplary saints of the Reunified Catholic Church.
