Rebellion

Levi Kornelson’s Cog Wars approaches rebellion as follows: You start by gaining intelligence (Discovery). Using this knowledge, you Disrupt. This causes distress (agitation) to the power you are rebelling against, and creates a backlash (Revenge). Surviving revenge gives Experience, which increases your effectiveness.

This is depicted by moving points down a chart into various boxes labelled with the stages. You start out with a certain size of challenge/power of the opposition, and by repeated attacks you wear it down - or it wears you down, if the attacks fail.

Inputs: A rebel group; what they are rebelling against; respective resources.

Outputs: Overthrow of the target, or destruction/scattering of the rebels.
